Agreement and eligibility

By using this website or accepting a quote or order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the website footer. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority from a parent, guardian, business, or organization to place the order.

Website information and preview features

We work to keep website information accurate, but examples, concept images, availability, specifications, and features may change. Shopping-bag, checkout, or form features labeled as previews do not create an order, charge, reservation, or production commitment.

Quotes and accepted orders

A request for information is not an accepted order. A custom quote is based on the details available at the time and may expire or change if size, quantity, materials, artwork, schedule, delivery, or scope changes. An order is accepted only after required specifications, pricing, payment terms, and approvals are confirmed in writing.

Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, rush work, design work, and special materials may be added as disclosed in the quote or checkout. Deposits, progress payments, and final-payment timing will be stated in the accepted order. Work may pause when required information, approval, or payment is late.

Custom work and approvals

Custom projects are produced from approved specifications and may involve reasonable handcrafted or material variation. The Personalization Policy, Returns & Cancellations Policy, and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these terms.

Submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Wise Designs a limited permission to store, reproduce, resize, simplify, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, design, produce, fulfill, document, and support the requested work. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for that use.

Wise Designs content

The website design, original text, photographs, graphics, and Wise Designs branding are owned by Wise Designs or used with permission. They may not be copied, sold, published, or used commercially without written permission, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of links to this website.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload malicious code, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate another person, or use website materials to mislead others.

Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting, payments, shipping, maps, analytics, or social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Wise Designs is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

Warranties and responsibility

We will provide accepted work according to the written specifications and any express warranty included with the order. Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, no additional warranty is created by website examples or informal discussions. Customers are responsible for confirming dimensions, mounting conditions, venue rules, intended use, and the accuracy of approved content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wise Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, customer-provided information, carrier delays, or a product’s use outside approved specifications. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item or service, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact info@wisedesignsaz.com so we can try to resolve the concern. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Arizona unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these terms as the business or website changes. The version in effect when an order is accepted governs that order unless both parties agree otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
