Personalization Policy
Personalization makes the piece yours. It also makes careful review of names, dates, colors, sizes, and artwork especially important.
Information you provide
Enter personalization exactly as it should appear, including capitalization, punctuation, spacing, dates, and spelling. Wise Designs may contact you about an apparent issue, but the customer remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted details.
Proofs and approval
When a digital proof is included, review the entire design—not only the spelling. Check wording, dates, dimensions, orientation, colors, layout, and placement. Written approval authorizes production using that proof. A screen proof is a layout guide and may not show exact physical color, texture, thickness, or scale.
Revisions and post-approval changes
The quote or order details will identify any included revisions. Additional revisions may require a fee or revised completion estimate. Changes requested after approval may require replacement materials, a new setup, or a complete remake and may not be possible after production begins.
Colors and natural materials
Screens display color differently, and paint, stain, acrylic, wood, and printed materials can vary between batches. Wood grain, knots, and tone are naturally unique. We aim for the approved direction but cannot guarantee an exact screen-to-product or sample-to-sample match.
Customer-supplied artwork and logos
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all submitted names, logos, photographs, graphics, fonts, and other content. You authorize Wise Designs to reproduce and adapt that content only as needed to quote, proof, produce, and support your order. We may decline artwork that is unlawful, unsafe, hateful, infringing, or unsuitable for the selected process.
File quality
Vector artwork is preferred for logos and precise cutting. Low-resolution or incomplete files may require cleanup, simplification, or recreation. Any added artwork fee or design limitation will be discussed before production.
Food and event accessories
For cake toppers, drink stir sticks, food-display pieces, and event accessories, tell us how the item will be used. Material selection, cleaning instructions, food-contact suitability, and decorative-use limitations must be confirmed for the specific design.
Concept and inspiration images
Images labeled as concepts or inspiration show design possibilities and are not presented as completed customer projects. The final item will be based on the approved specifications, available materials, and practical fabrication requirements.
Your final check
Please double-check all spelling and personalization before approval. Your item will be made using the information you submit and the proof or specifications you approve.
