Website use

This website provides general information and a way to request custom work. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use content in violation of law or intellectual-property rights.

Quotes and orders

A website submission is a request for information, not acceptance of an order. A project becomes binding only when specifications, price, payment schedule, fulfillment terms, and any required proof are accepted. Quotes may expire on the date stated and may change if scope, materials, timing, or fulfillment changes.

Payments

Required deposits and balances will be stated before work begins. Work may pause until a required payment or approval is received. Applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, setup, installation, rush work, revisions, storage, or other agreed charges may be added.

Custom work and revisions

The quote includes only the scope and revisions described. Additional concepts, revisions, rework, or changes after approval may be billed separately. Wise Designs may decline work that is unsafe, impractical, unlawful, infringing, or outside available capabilities.

Intellectual property

Customers retain rights in content they lawfully supply. Wise Designs retains rights in original concepts, artwork, templates, production files, photography, website content, and methods unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any direct liability related to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a different limitation is required by law.

Arizona law
