How custom orders move from the Wise Designs workshop to you.
Order fulfillment
Available fulfillment may include Phoenix-area pickup, local delivery, event setup, or shipping for eligible products within the lower 48 United States. The available method depends on size, weight, fragility, installation needs, and final construction.
Timing
Production and delivery estimates begin after required details, approvals, and payments are received. Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, material availability, approval delays, and circumstances outside our control may affect timing.
Shipping charges and address accuracy
Shipping, delivery, setup, packaging, insurance, and oversized-item costs will be disclosed before an order is finalized when applicable. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or missed appointment may be charged to the customer.
Damage or loss
Inspect deliveries promptly. Report visible damage, missing items, or delivery concerns within 48 hours of receipt and keep all packaging. Include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the circumstances and available carrier remedies.
Local delivery and setup
The customer must provide safe, reasonable access and disclose stairs, gates, surface conditions, distance from parking, venue restrictions, and timing requirements before delivery. Additional labor or an unsuccessful delivery may result in added charges.
