Personalized work is created from the information and approvals you provide.
Customer responsibility
Please double-check all names, dates, wording, measurements, colors, quantities, and submitted artwork before approval. Personalized items will be created from the information and approvals you provide. Wise Designs is not responsible for errors present in customer-submitted or customer-approved information.
Proofs and approvals
When a proof is provided, review every visible detail. Approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval may require additional design, material, and production charges and may change the completion estimate.
Artwork rights and quality
By submitting a logo, design, photograph, phrase, or other content, you represent that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it for the project. You agree to be responsible for claims arising from unauthorized submitted content. Vector artwork is preferred for many projects; low-resolution files may limit quality.
Color and material variation
Screen colors are not exact physical-color references. Wood grain, knots, stain absorption, paint lots, acrylic lots, engraving tone, and handmade finishing may vary. These natural or reasonable production variations are not defects.
Design files
Unless separately agreed in writing, purchase of a physical product does not transfer editable source files, production files, methods, templates, or intellectual-property rights in Wise Designs original design work.
